Established in 1993, Generation Homes specializes in custom single family homes in the Piedmont Triad Region and Research Triangle Region of North Carolina, and is emerging as a preferred builder and developer of the Coastal Carolinas. Generation Homes recognizes the increasing demand for high quality, easy-living, low-maintenance housing, resulting in the careful attention to detail and innovative designs that can be found in all of our FEATURED DEVELOPMENTS. This same quality construction is available to existing home owners looking to update their residence to meet today's style of living.
Whether you're constructing a new home or remodeling an existing one, Generation Homes takes great care in evaluating and incorporating the natural elements that make up your property. We strive to be good environmental citizens, incorporating elements such as setbacks, community greenspace, walking paths, impervious surfaces and water features throughout our development projects. When possible, existing trees are preserved and, if needed, replenished with specimens native to the area. It's all our way of PRESERVING THE PRESENT...BUILDING THE FUTURE. |
